QR Code Link to This Post Nikolai is a super sweet and solidly built QH gelding. He's 15.1 or 15.2 and about 15 years old. I bought him as a project horse but I don't have time for all of my horses so he needs to find a home where he can get more love and attention.

Nikolai has a solid personality but he can be very stubborn at times. I've lunged him and I'm working on ground driving with him. I've been on his back several times and he's not spooky about it at all but he needs a lot of work with his responsiveness. I've started under saddle (although I would guess he's been ridden before) but we haven't gotten past walking around the round pen.

His one main issue is getting into the trailer. Once he's in the trailer he's a perfect gentleman but he will put up a fight getting in. Once he's had more training and time I think he'll make a great trail horse.

He ties and stands to let me clean and rasp his feet. During the summer I hosed him off several times and he was fine with that. He's been pastured with a mare in the past and is now in with another gelding. He gets along great with other horses and won't let them push him around.
